Outline and drive the global brand delivery schedule based on KPIs set together with the businesses we support in order to ensure maximum ROI
Ensure effectiveness of internal (business) relationships and communication
Establish the brand internally through effective and impactful internal communications
Define the brand proposition and its differentiators
Project development and coordination (internal and external communication tools)
Monitor, follow-up and evaluate the implementation progress of the plans and budgets with the business. Validate the monthly reporting & define monthly action plans
Drive improvements of different marketing channels
Competition monitoring and industry
Optimize existing actions, pilot & grow digital activity to further digitalize local marketing operations
Monitor, develop & drive new marketing approaches to pilot high-impact & innovative marketing actions
Execute and share best practices, promotions and campaigns with the other members of the marketing teams at the Shared Services Center and in local/regional office
