Reporting directly to the SSC Finance Director, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

General:
  • Responsible of OtC function leading a large team (50+) with multiple levels of management .
  • Point of contact and escalation for all OtC matters for the SSC and market teams.
  • Ensures OtC deliverables meet or exceed quality levels and delivered within strong internal control framework.
  • Inspires innovative thinking and leads special projects within OtC to drive achievement of the SSC objectives.
  • Contributes to process re engineering, look for efficiencies within the team.


Personnel:
  • Recruit and build a strong team while engaging the team and promoting a strong culture to retain talent.
  • Serve as a leader and mentor that emphasizes the development and performance of their team.
  • Support communication structures across the team to ensure key messages are communicated and understood.


Compliance:
  • Acts as a steward for compliance on operational accounting policies and procedures.
  • Assures the integrity of the applicable financial accounting systems and controls.


Finance & Services
  • Oversees the entire OtC process including customer master maintenance, Credit administration, billing, collections, cash application processes, AR related management reporting.
  • Supervises the strategies prepared by the Managers to achieve monthly collections target, reduce deductions, clear overdue balances and expedite the billing process with minimum disruption.
  • Leads OtC process strategies to reduce DSO, improve working capital, and increase customer satisfaction.
  • Oversees customer dispute escalations to ensure they are properly handled in a customer friendly manner.
  • Brings a customer centric mindset to the OtC function, continuously incorporating the voice of customer in OtC policies, processes, and solution decisions and balances it against internal considerations
  • Develops trusted relationships with stakeholders, both internal and external.
