Run and coordinate daily operations within the plant (production, maintenance, personnel, EHS etc.) ensuring optimum service to customers.
Assume top responsibility for commissioning the plant's facilities, prioritising machinery fine-tuning to ensure production line efficiency.
Improve processes to increase productivity and enhance performance of their team (around 75 people) to achieve the optimum plant's capacity. Formulate proposals for investments which help to rise yields.
Work together with the Quality Department so that all processes are in accordance with the requirements of the implemented certifications (IFS, BRC, FDA, Halal etc.).
Look after the safety of people working in the plant, as well as the efficiency of all processes and equipment.
Together with their team, set up and continuously improve Best Production and Maintenance Practices. Ensure they always follow the company's policies and procedures.
Track annual budget and prepare reports for the Management.
