Leading multinational Pharmaceutical company specialised in Biotechnology.





    • Handle first level technical support for B2B customers with a high professional level.


    • Identify, research, and resolve technical problems on the company's product portfolio.

    • Respond to telephone calls, email and personal requests for technical support.

    • Document, track, and monitor cases on a daily basis to ensure compliance and timely resolutions.

    • Maintain highly accurate records in service database.

    • Prioritise multiple issues and complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner.

    • Improve customer service, perception, and satisfaction.

    • Work with Dispatch/other to ensure cases are routed to the proper resource in order to be resolved quickly and efficiently.

    • Escalate cases that require 2nd level support.

    • Become familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures.

    • Basic remote access solution implementation and support.

    • Follow up with open case processing until case is closed.

  • Help with training and development.

Requisitos mínimos
  • Bachelor´s degree in Biomedical Sciences, Chemistry or related field.


  • Excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, Portugese.


    • Ability to prioritize multiple high priority activities.

    • Analytical and problem solving approach.

    • Customer focused.

    • Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.

    • Being Service minded and having a can do attitude will be heavily weighted in the candidates profile.

    • Experience with customer service or customer facing work.

    • Experience working in a compliant and regulated environment.

    • Experience with HPLC, ELISA, PCR, Immunomethods, electrophoresis or similar.

    • Experience with Common office appliances like Excel, Word, PowerPoint, databases, CRM systems etc.

    • Able to work with telephone as a tool.
