Translate Sales and Marketing plans into detailed action plan to meet goals of the company. Execute Sale and Marketing plans in an effective and consistent manner.
Execute sales plan in tandem with day to day customer facing activity.
Understand the Company's goals, identify gaps in reaching this goals and proactively build action plans to close gaps.
Identify and develop new business opportunities on new applications or product segments.
Serve as the point of contact for customer pre-sale and post-sale activity.
Responsible for managing all RFQ activityWork closely with Corporate HQ engineering.
Present quotes to Customer.
Working intensively with Distributors/End Customers commercial interfaces, Buyers, Purchasing Managers and Engineering, to support closure of ongoing open issues.
Actively participate in Customer evaluation process for new and existing projects/products.
Facilitate open and effective communication channels between sales and marketing team to HQ functions, production sites, customers.
Develop team work to identify and pursue business opportunities in the automotive business as well as additional segments to improve the site's production equipment utilization.
Proactively update direct manager in real time of developments that require attention, backing up and/or support as well as matrix/customer relationship with Site manager in Spain and New Segments Product Manager in HQ.
