SENIOR CATEGORY BUYER (Praga, Républica Checa)

P&A is looking for his client, a construction equipment multinational company, leader in the market and with more than 40.000 employees and 250 dealers in EMEA, a:SENIOR CATEGORY BUYER (PRAGUE - CZECH REPUBLIC)Based in the EMEA headquarters in Prague, and reporting to the EMEA Sourcing Director, their main roles and responsibilities will be:- Deploy the sourcing strategies for all the categories in their portfolio for the plant or for the assigned projects.- Co- responsible for source selection, negotiations, and monitoring of the supplier performance.- Drive productivity and spend management to ensure successfully meeting Sourcing objectives.- Provide timely and effective procurement services and value-added strategic sourcing solutions to stakeholders.- Monitor and directly impact supplier behavior and activities to maintain continuous improvement in the supplier's delivery of products and services to the business.Other information:- Terms and conditions to be negotiated based on candidate's experience and profile. - Professional development opportunities in a fast-growing leading multinational company

Requirements:- University Degree.- More than 5 years of experience in senior buyer positions or similar.- Fluent English, written and spoken.- MS Office literate.Additional valued skills: - MBA or similar.- Experience working in automotive, machinery or similar industry.
