CREDIT & COLLECTIONS (German and English)

We continue to grow and in order to face the next challenges, the department is looking for a Credit & Collection Specialist who is keen on developing within a dynamic and daring environment.

The mission of the position is:

• Cash collection and credit management of the assigned portfolio of clients.


• Reduce the unpaid debts and control of A/R accounts.


• Assign and negotiate payment conditions and credit limits to the customers.


• Chase the customers for payments and solve possible discrepancies with the accounts.


• Communication to customers in German and English.


• Coordinate with other departments (about credit hold, credit notes, discrepancies, etc).


• Prepare and send proforma invoices to customers on prepayment.


• Contact with collection agencies and preparation of documentation for legal procedures.


• Involvement in company projects.


• Reporting.

• University Degree in Economics or Business.


• High level of German and English.


• High level of Excel.


• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position in the Credit Dept.


• Methodic and analytical, with good communication skills.


• Valuable experience in the Fashion/ Textile sector.


• Organized person, flexible, easy to adapt to changes, responsible, results-oriented and used to work in a team environment.
