Providing personalised counselling to prospective students and relatives through phone calls, emails and face to face meetings. This will require all your enthusiasm, communication skills, and persuasion, ensuring a high level of customer service to diverse population.
* Conduct interviews, arrange campus visits, review application materials, and assist in the admissions decision-making process.
* CRM management data entry.
* Coordination and participation in the on campus and off campus events that enhance EU brand.
* KPI´s fulfilment and control to achieve maximum efficiency in managing the portfolio of applications and succeed in achieving the performance goals.
* Provide feedback to the online marketing acquisition team.

Requisitos mínimos

Passion for sales and customer orientation with strong planning, analytic, and people reading skills to join our team. You have an optimistic and autonomous personality and feel comfortable interacting with potential students from all over the world as they make important decisions or their future. You can multitask but remain organized and engaged while helping multiple candidates simultaneously. Above all, you are result-driven and able to use your personalized persuasion skills to successfully recruit top talent for our business school. Requirements:
* Valid working permit and immediate availability.
* At least 2 years of relevant experience in Sales or in a similar position. Previous experience in the educational sector will be valuable.
* Native or advanced (C1) level of English (written and spoken).
* Minimum of bachelor's degree.
* Previous experience working with CRM (Microsoft Dynamics).
* Advanced level of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
