The project!

As a Omnichannel Operations Intern, you will support the Retail Operations team both in daily operational tasks, focusing on the improvement of order management between online and in-store channels.

What will the role entail?

• Support in Order Management System back-office activities: Assist in resolving issues and continuously improving processes.


• Omnichannel order management: Collaborate on managing online orders fulfilled by physical stores, ensuring the proper execution of operations.


• Store support in omnichannel operations: Provide assistance to stores in implementing and executing processes related to both online sales and in store fulfillment.


• Online returns in stores: Support the handling of product returns from online orders processed in physical stores, ensuring proper management and processing.

Requirements:

• Degree: Degree or equivalent in Logistics, Business Administration, Operations or similar


• Languages: high Level of English is a must, any additional languages are a big plus


• IT Skills: medium-high understanding of Excel, ideally some experience and/or knowledge of SAP platforms.


• Experience in a retail store will be considered.
