Project Assistant with native level of French

This role is located in Barcelona. Candidates would need to relocate to Barcelona if they're living abroad.

Position Purpose:

The Project Assistant will be part of Tender team France. The main purpose is to support Tenders team on their daily activities through participating to RFQ answers, taking the lead on internal communication of signed PSA and working on key clients' reports. You will also be involved in various cross-functional projects around the Tenders Team France.

Primary Responsibilities:

1. Communicate on signed PSA, including update of templates (35%) : our Project Assistant has full responsibility to make Consultants aware of a signed deal, through all relevant tools (mainly Excel)
2. Formalize key clients' reports (35%) : our Project Assistant works closely with our Back Office and KAM teams to consolidate Client's reports. Capability to manage a high level of data coming from different sources and structure it the right way
3. Participate to tender responses along with Tenders Specialists (30%) : our Project Assistant deals with Client's questionnaires, Request for Information, Platform management,…
