As the first and only network that connects pharmacies with major labs and delivery platforms in real time, our cutting-edge technology is changing the game. Founded in 2017, LUDA Partners is dedicated to supporting the pharmaceutical sector’s digital transformation to meet growing online demand and to help combat medicine shortages across Spain.

Our network spans over 3,500 pharmacies, all benefiting from our unique tech that allows patients to locate essential medications quickly. With partnerships with top labs and e-commerce platforms like Glovo, Uber, Just Eat, we’re helping pharmacies recover online sales and reconnect with patients—placing them right at the heart of the digital marketplace. Now, we’re expanding into new horizons: Ireland and the UK , and we need passionate team members to make it happen!

Role and Responsibilities:

As part of our new Ireland-UK expansion team, based in our Madrid office and reporting to the Sales Manager, your responsibilities will include:

- Prospecting: Identifying and connecting with new pharmacies to join our growing LUDA network. Introduce them to our innovative services and products.

- Phone Outreach: Contacting pharmacies by phone to gather essential details, understand their needs, and share the value of joining our network. Cold calling.

- Product Demos: Showcasing how our software can transform their business.

- Target-Driven: Working independently to achieve individual targets while contributing to overall team goals.

Requisitos mínimos
Who We’re Looking For:

Language Skills: Proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory, as the role is conducted in English. Spanish is a plus!

Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.

Attitude: Self-motivated, proactive, results-oriented, and committed, with a positive, polite, and professional approach.

Team Spirit: A dynamic, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work closely with our marketing and cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have:

Sales Experience: Prior experience in phone sales or customer outreach (especially cold calling) is also extremely valuable.

Industry Experience: Background in the pharmaceutical sector is a huge plus!
