From Grupo Digital, we are looking for a Scrum Master
Project Duration: Stable
Work mode: Full remote.
Location: Madrid.
Residence and work permit in Spain are mandatory
Requisitos mínimos
Job Responsibilities:
As a Scrum Master you'll be responsible for: - Promoting and supporting Scrum practices by helping everyone to understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values - Guiding and coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values - Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team
Mandatory skills:
- Previous experience as a Scrum Master in a team - Knows when to use other agile practices to improve team mindset (Lean, Kanban, XP, etc) - Focussed on the importance of self-learning & improvement - Challenging the status quo securing support from high level management to Agile mindset and practices - Excellent c
