The Sr. CIAM (Customer Identity and Access Management) Architect will be responsible for overseeing and organizing the external development team for the implementation of the Customer IAM solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring that the service meets the needs of the customers. As the Senior CIAM Architect, you will be responsible for managing external resources, using your project management skills in an iterative approach to improve processes, onboard new applications, establish a self-service culture and build an end-to-end fully digitalized process to register the customer as individuals as well as organizations across all the digital service platforms. This position requires a strong understanding of customer IAM concepts & technologies and the ability to translate business requirements into actionable functional specifications.Main Tasks and Responsibilities
