• Gestión de su cartera asignada de empresas y sus activos subyacentes.
• Enlace con gerentes de inversión/casas de inversión y bancos, incluyendo la asignación de activos, compra y venta de acciones.
• Enlace con varias partes en relación con la compra y venta de acciones, propiedades, obras de arte y otros activos.
• Mantenimiento y seguimiento de cartera de clientes.
• Negociación de contratos y minutas con clientes, trabajando con el equipo legal interno para revisar los documentos redactados antes de su ejecución.
• Preparación de instrucciones de pago y seguimiento de su ejecución.
• Preparación de instrucciones administrativas, como transferencias de acciones, acuerdos, poderes notariales, COGS, etc., para acciones de empresas.
• Preparación de instrucciones como apertura de cuentas bancarias, adición de beneficiarios, preparación de cuentas, dividendos y solvencia.
• Monitoreo de los activos de los clientes: comunicación con bancos y asesores de inversión cuando sea necesario.
• Comunicación con clientes sobre evolución de resultados.
• Realización y gestión de registros de tiempo de las horas trabajadas para el proceso de facturación al cliente.
• Realización de las etapas iniciales y seguimiento de la cobranza de deudas.

• Align technical needs, business requirements, and market trends. Work closely with the PodLead to Prioritize work to ensure the team builds the right product efficiently
