Head of IT Projects

International e-commerce Company active in various countries is looking for a Head of IT projects.

Main Responsibilities:
1. making important decisions on behalf of the company's technological requirements.
2. The perfect candidate has following traits:
- Work closely with other departments to define and deliver new products and enhancements
- Consolidate our technology platforms and create plans for each
- Oversee all system design and changes in system architecture

Requisitos mínimos
Imprescindible nivel de inglés alto.

Required skills and experience:
1. Ability to oversee resources used, various teams be it internal or external
2. Familiar with E-Commerce environment including systems like ERP and e-shop platform
3. Has in-depth knowledge of software architecture, design and development
4. Able to travel every so often for in-person meetings mostly in Europe
5. Excellent English verbal and written communication.
6. Ability to delegate efficiently.

Desirable:
1. Familiar with modern management techniques like OKR, GTD and 4DX
2. Worked with Atlassian stack - mainly JIRA and Confluence
