Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing a collection team in a fast-paced environment


• Strong understanding of cash collection principles and best practices


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to analyze data and identify trends


• Strong customer mindset (internal and external) - stakeholder management in complex matrix corporations will be highly valuated


• SAP experience is desirable


• Fluency in English and French - experience working with the French market is essential
