- Ensuring accurate financial records: Oversee accounting entries across the different Legal Entities part of the job scope, ensure the reliability of financial data, and maintain accurate financial statements.
- Preparing financial reports: Develop balance sheets, income statements, and annual reports, providing clear and precise analyses to guide strategic decision-making, understanding key differences between IFRS and statutory principles.
- Collaborating with auditors: Work closely with internal and external auditors to ensure transparency and compliance with accounting standards.
- Ensuring compliance with internal/external regulations: Make sure all operations adhere to local tax and accounting regulations both with respect to formal aspects and deadlines Oversee statutory tax and financial statement filings. Stay ahead of legislative changes.
- Managing financial closures: Coordinate teams to ensure timely and accurate monthly and annual financial closures.
- Treasury: Organize and control treasury area maintaining the daily interaction with Central Group Treasury and secure the long term strategy for the Division's treasury needs.
- Optimizing financial processes: Analyze current systems, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to boost efficiency and reduce costs.
- Providing financial insights: Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to deliver actionable recommendations to senior management.
- ERP: Support the deployment of new ERP across the division from an accounting process perspective.

Requisitos mínimos
Educational background: A higher degree in accounting with ideally Big Four experience
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, in an international or multi-site environment.
- Fluent English, written and spoken. The knowledge of a second language is a matter of preference;
- Ability to interpret and synthesize complex financial data to support strategic decisions.
- Advanced knowledge of ERP software and proficiency with office tools, especially Excel.
- In-depth understanding of IFRS, as well as tax regulations.
- Proven experience in team management, with the ability to motivate and guide colleagues toward common goals.
- Capacity to work autonomously while handling multiple priorities effectively.
- Ability to identify and implement creative solutions to optimize financial processes
- Strong communication skills - written and verbal;
- Learning agility and good of business dynamics;
- Performance Agility: Dealing with pressure, being resilient, flexing and adapting plans to meet objectives.
