Based on our growing business and increasing demands on large partnerships this role will, together with the Team Lead Tender & Contract Management EMEA, focus on:
1. Contract Management
- Support the business in the preparation of national and international Preferred Supplier Agreements (PSA)
- Ensure contracts are in line with group compliance and strategy
- Review legal and commercial terms in cooperation with group legal department
- Point of contact for consultants in question of client contracts in EMEA
- Support in the risk assessment of existing contracts
2. Tender & proposal management
- Coordinate technical and administrative parts of tenders and biddings
- Collaboration with European Tender desk
- Provide analyses and information on national and international Tender & Proposal requests
3. Business support
- Support our consultants with data & figures for Key Clients, regularly distribute information to stakeholders
- Strong collaboration with national and international Key Account Management
- Ensure systems and databases are up to date with PSA / KAM data,
- Assist in maximizing tender business opportunities
- Follow up of ongoing requests
- Monitoring PSA performance
- Participation in other special projects
