In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.

• Balance Sheet analysis and reconciliation


• Driving month-end and year-end closing


• Preparation of end of month accruals


• Preparation of VAT and social charges declarations.


• Meeting any internal and external Audit requirements.


• Support the implementation of new accounting processes and tools


• Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with accepted policies and procedures


• Contribute to projects for continuous improvement purposes


• Being a primary contact for the local business partner in country (Southern Europe), as well as for internal stakeholders

• Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

• Fluency in English.Other languages Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Turkish considered a plus.


• Good knowledge of Excel


• Minimum 2-3 years of experience within finance (accounting, audit, etc.), preferably in R2R/GL


• Adaptability, Accuracy, Pro-activity, Responsibility and Problem-solving skills


• Knowledge of VAT regulations would be considered a plus
