Senior Enterprise Architect (m/f/d) - Data focus

Your Tasks

• Leads development of data architecture standards for data collection, data governance, maintenance, storage, organization, backup and disaster recovery.
• Responsible for overall architecture in building AI based solution (organization wide).
• Ensures adherence to all relevant regulations regarding data storage, incl., universal standards for data privacy and security.
• Guides project teams on data architecture & governance, ensuring adherence to business-wide data standards.
• Interfaces effectively with management on high-level organizational data needs and ensures that all aspects of data architecture are in alignment with larger business concerns and strategic direction.
• Actively monitors data architecture across all levels of organization and identifies areas for architectural improvement.
• Communicates frequently with business stakeholders to accurately translate business needs into a sustainable data architecture.
• Stays up to date with industry standards and leads selection of data management software and tools accordingly.
• Assist data and analytics leaders, and business and IT leadership in developing information/data governance processes and structures.
• Ensure enterprise data/information architecture is used as a lens and a filter to identify, prioritize and execute the data and analytics initiatives with clear line of enterprise strategies and business outcomes.  

Your Profile

• Several years or more of experience in IT, especially in Data design & architecture.
• Knowledge of key data architecture principles.
• Strong foundation in enterprise system development, including the information system life cycle.
• Experience and knowledge in AI technologies in general. Is good to have.
• Knowledge and experience with industry standard data systems
• Expert knowledge of database design principles
• Familiarity with metadata management software
• Ability to interact effectively with stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
• Strong international experience and has experienced in working with Global teams.
• Have a track record of remaining unbiased toward specific technologies or vendors.
• Very good command of English language (both Verbal and Written) and German language skill is a plus.
