Our client is a company specializing in managing large-scale sporting events, offering services like ticketing, accommodation, hospitality, transportation, and IT solutions. The company values precision and adaptability, as it handles complex operations across global sports events.
Currently, our client is seeking a charismatic, enthusiastic, experienced and motivated UX expert to collaborate with our cross-functional teams as they design, scope, build and maintain our back-office applications for their highly visible and high-quality Ticketing, Hospitality and Accommodation verticals.
• Demonstrated professional experience as a UI/UX Designer or in a similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous design projects built on time and to scope.
• Proficiency in wireframe tools such as Figma, Wireframe.cc and InVision.
• Up-to-date knowledge of design software, including Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop.
• Familiarity with designing seamless and enjoyable user experiences, considering user goals, pain points, and emotional factors.
• Responsive Design: Knowledge of designing for various devices and screen sizes to ensure a consistent and responsive experience.
• Experience in planning and conducting usability testing sessions, analysing results, and incorporating feedback into design iterations.
• An understanding of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) to effectively collaborate with developers and implement designs.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, demonstrating a team spirit and strong communication skills.
• Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in design deliverables.
• Good time-management skills to meet project deadlines.
• Empathetic, enthusiastic and a positive thinker.
• Accustomed to working in high-performing multi-cultural teams.
• Able to engage in solid and consistent discussions with the PO regarding functionalities of both old and new technologies.
• Comfortable actively participating in meetings with the CTO, PO, and LDs regarding technical and business requirements for new pages, components, or functionalities.
• Adept at conducting market research and proposing ideas while considering market requirements and standards.
• Accustomed to working in English.
