Key Responsibilities:

• 
  Install & Test Equipment: Set up and maintain facilities, equipment, and systems for video production, broadcasting, and interactive media.


• 
  Troubleshoot & Repair: Diagnose technical issues and minimize service disruptions with quick and efficient solutions.


• 
  Audio-Visual Connections: Manage AV setups for seamless transmissions, including live broadcasts and outside events.


• 
  System Design & Custom Builds: Design and install custom audio-visual circuits, hardware, and systems tailored to studio needs.


• 
  Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with product owners, directors, and team members to interpret instructions and ensure smooth operations.


• 
  Industry Trends: Stay up to date with the latest technologies and industry innovations to maintain cutting-edge practices.

What We’re Looking For:

• 
  Language Skills: Advanced proficiency in English (B2 level or higher).


• 
  Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of photography principles, camera operation, video switchers, chroma keying, and SDI infrastructure.


• 
  Engineering & IT Skills: Experience in electronic engineering, operating communication equipment, and proficient in IT and project management.


• 
  Problem-Solving: Excellent troubleshooting and creative problem-solving abilities.


• 
  Teamwork & Communication: Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative mindset and the ability to manage time effectively.


• 
  Adaptability: Ability to stay focused and composed under pressure in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
