Content Moderator with Hebrew (Lisbon)

We are collaborating with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company to recruit a Hebrew-speaking Content Moderator for their Lisbon office. If you are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable reviewing online content, this role is for you!

Location: Lisbon, Portugal (Remote)

Duties & Responsibilities

? Review Ads & Content – Monitor, evaluate, and filter platform content to ensure compliance with company policies

? Moderate & Take Action – Delete and block inappropriate content while maintaining neutrality

? Organize & Analyze – Categorize and assess content effectively within a fast-paced environment

Requirements

? Native/Fluent in Hebrew – Strong written & oral communication skills

? Upper-Intermediate English (B2) – For internal communication & training purposes

? No Resident Card Required – Israeli citizens with a Job Seeker Visa are accepted

? Tech-Savvy – Comfortable with computer-based tasks & learning new tools

? Critical Thinking – Ability to analyze context & apply guidelines objectively

? Resilience & Adaptability – Comfortable with reviewing sensitive content
