Project Manager - Jefe de Proyectos

At Jensen Technologies we are searching for an experienced Project Manager to handle our projects and clients portfolio with experience in web technologies. The ideal candidate is organised and detailed.Jensen Technologies is an international web development company based in Granada with 13 years of experience in the industry. Our clients are looking for solutions to complex business needs and our goal is to build the tools they need.Your job as a project manager consists on communicating with clients and propagate the information to the development team in charge of bringing the project to live. You will be working together with the developers and oversee the development making sure timelines and milestones are met. You will review each project during its lifecycle to ensure that the work done meets the needs of the client as well as that the internal procedures at Jensen Technologies.We are looking for someone who is organised, thorough and adept at handling multiple independent projects at the same time. Technical knowledge in PHP, CMS (Joomla, Wordpress, Prestashop…), HTML, JavaScript is beneficial but not a requirement. Being familiar and comfortable with agile methodologies a plus.You will be deciding the best approach to take on a project, how to handle it, how to proceed with the different phases and when it is complete. This also includes the initial communication with the client, understanding their needs and preparing binding quotes.Tipo de empleo, categoría y subcategoríaThe contract is permanent with a test period of 3 months.Full-time position at our office in Bola de Oro, Granada.We follow a flex-time structure in which you are required to work 40 hours a week, 30 of which are fixed from 9:00 to 15:00 and you choose when to work the remaining 10 hours. The only restrictions are:You cannot work more than 9 hours a dayYou cannot choose to work part of these 10 hours on Saturday unless previously agreed with the company.You will have 23 days for holidays that you can choose freely. There will be no requirement on when or how to choose them.Cualificaciones y habilidades·You must be near fluent in English in order to be able to communicate within the company and with our clients·You must have experience in a project manager role·Experience in agile technologies (SCRUM, Kamban…) are also great assets·You must be good at documenting and setting up procedures as well as ensuring they are followed·Experience or knowledge in web development or programming is a big advantage
