Accounting Manager - Real Estate - 6 months

• We offer a 6-month project at a leading international company|Mandatory experience in the Real Estate sector

Our client is the leader of the asset servicing sector.

From working exclusively with hedge funds to serving all alternatives, corporations and private clients, our client has grown immensely across asset classes and geographies.

• Coordinate the administration of and fund accounting services pursuant to administration agreements in respect of portfolios of real assets clients who hold a diverse portfolio of investments.


• Ensure the reporting packages, financial statements and consolidated reports are in accordance with the defined accounting standards, formats and procedures.


• Liaise and maintaining relationships with clients, auditors, tax advisors and other third parties. Meeting the expectations of clients and adhering to deadlines.


• Supervise staff, reviewing and signing off on work performed by the team.


• Plan team resources in line with business demands, participating in the recruitment and selection process, leading, coaching, developing and appraising employees within the team in order to motivate personnel.


• Provision of existing processes and looking for efficiencies.

We offer a 6-month project in Madrid.

• Excellent command of English and Spanish.


• Accountancy or business administration degree qualification.


• 5 years of accounting, audit or similar experience and matching managerial skills.


• Knowledge of IFRS.


• Knowledge of MS Office.
