Consolidation & Accounting Manager

• 3-5 years in a similar position with previous experience in external audit.
• High English level and good knowledge of IFRS.

Technology company located in Madrid.

You will participate, among others, in the following tasks:

• Monthly consolidation of the subsidiaries.


• Analytical review of the individual financial statements of each subsidiary and of the reportings prepared by the accountants of those subsidiaries.


• Management of internal and external audits.


• Preparation and/or supervision of individual and consolidated annual accounts.


• Preparation of yearly budgets: Balance Sheet, P&L and Cash Flow.


• Involvement in Due Diligence processes and in the subsequent assignment of value to each asset identified.


• IFRS Implementation.


• Mergers and demergers accounting.


• Review of the different applicable taxes and its correct registration in the accounting ERP.


• Implementation of improvements in our accounting ERP including the consolidation module.

• Salary package: Around 70.000 - 80.000€ euros fixed salary.

• Degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar.


• Minimum 5 years of experience at a Big Four as financial auditor.


• High level of English is a must.
