As Head of Ecommerce you will manage a team and you'll be responsible for the following:? Develop and implement a forward-thinking ecommerce strategy that aligns with company's Spain digital strategy, ensuring growth in conversion, revenue and profitability as well as customer satisfaction (NPS).
? Build and manage a high-performing E-Commerce team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. The team comprises a broad scope, from IT and Development, Data and Analytics, to Product Management, Website Management and Marketplace Management.
? Enhance digital marketing strategies and execution in a collaborative partnership with the marketing department to boost online visibility and attract higher website traffic.
? Drive revenue growth through effective commercial activations, upselling and cross-selling techniques, while continuously optimizing conversion rate across the entire funnel.
? Champion customer-centricity by enhancing the online shopping experience, improving site usability, and ensuring an improved NPS in close collaboration with your peers.
? Continuously monitor our competition, ensure we outperform and gain market share.
? Keeping up to date with e-commerce trends, our goal is to be 15 minutes ahead.
? Lead our data, analytics, development and product management teams. Ensure roadmaps and priorities are aligned with our global teams as well as with our local business teams.

A successful Head of Ecommerce should have:? Professional degree in a tech (or tech related) field and you are experienced in owning and growing a full eCommerce P&L; your experience shows a strong track record of driving revenue growth and achieving E-Commerce KPIs.
? Experience in a senior leadership role within E-Commerce, preferably in the consumer goods sector (ideally a multi-product company). Leading or closely collaborating with product management and development teams is a plus. It is also a plus if you have experience working in a web + app e-commerce environment and international experience.
? The desire to drive the business forward towards commercial success motivates you, working in a multinational environment where local strategies have to be aligned with global. Roadmap building and alignment has been on your agenda for years.
? A consumer first mindset and excellent leadership as well as team-building skills make your unique strengths.
? Your analytical mindset gives you the proficiency in data-driven decision-making. You have a deep understanding of data and analytics as a business driver across different channels.
? Strong communication skills in Spanish, English (C1), French is a plus.
