Position:
We are managing a project to fill the position of International Mechanical Product Project Manager to collaborate with one of our main clients.
It is a leading company in the air conditioning and water transport sector and requires a product-oriented person.

Responsibilities include:

• Drives cross-functional team through scope development, detailed project plan, resource plan, including work packages, and budget estimates.


• Drives detailed risk assessments and mitigation planning throughout project


• Project reporting that ensures a balanced view of all key stakeholder groups


• Project meeting organization, chairing, recording, and publication of meeting minutes with upcoming actions identified along with owners and due dates


• Support and participate in the preparation of high-quality Gate deliverables that are aligned with key stakeholders prior to the gate meeting

• Master or Bachelor of Engineering or related field


• 8+ years’ experience as a project manager overseeing concurrent and or highly complex engineering or specialized projects.


• Experience using desing tools such as Autocad, SolidWorks working with plastics or similar materials. .


• Highly skilled at using lean product development practices and providing technical leadership and direction to cross-functional teams.


• Experience working in the automotive sector is a plus.


• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills


• Proven troubleshooting abilities to get to the source of problems and think critically regarding possible solutions.


• Excellent attention to detail and advanced proficiency in the use of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.


• Proven ability to lead and take ownership of assigned tasks and responsibilities, and appropriately prioritize.


• Skilled and motivated to work within global remote teams with a willingness to travel.


• Excellent spoken and written language skills in English (C1)

• Experience with agile HVAC/Building Energy Management Systems project management methods and tools.


• New business development (service models and IoT projects)
