  • Create, lead and manage the sales team in Spain.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.

  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.

  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending several workshops.

  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.

  • Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

  • Collaborate with team to achieve quotas.

Requisitos mínimos

A successful Sales Manager should have:


  • A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Law or relevant field.

  • More than 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager and managing people.

  • Open-minded profile, flexible, proactive and with international background (about studies and/or professional experience)

  • Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.

  • Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.

  • Ability to travel, lead and inspire team members.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.

  • Proficiency in English and Spanish, German is a plus.
