- Create, lead and manage the sales team in Spain.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending several workshops.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximise profits.
- Provide timely and effective solutions aligned with clients' needs.

Requisitos mínimos
A successful Sales Manager should have:
- A degree in Business Administration, Sales, Law or relevant field.
- More than 10 years of experience as a Sales Manager and managing people.
- Open-minded profile, flexible, proactive and with international background (about studies and/or professional experience)
- Strong understanding of sales performance metrics.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a problem-solving attitude.
- Ability to travel, lead and inspire team members.
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Excel.
- Proficiency in English and Spanish, German is a plus.
