We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced SuccessFactors Solution Business Partner to join our internal Data & Tech team. This role focuses on providing 2nd level support with a strong emphasis on SuccessFactors EmployeeCentral, while also supporting other SuccessFactors modules such as Performance & Goals Management (PM/GM) and Recruiting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the realization and testing of change requests, ensuring the smooth operation and optimization of our SuccessFactors environment. You will also work with other HRIS like Phenom People for Recruiting processes.
We have an interesting project pipeline in front of us and you will be included in the successful implementation of HR applications. This job offers you a wide range of activities where you can show you understanding of processes and interest in different IT systems. You closely collaborate with the Process Manager and our HR Team.Key Responsibilities
PROVIDE 2ND LEVEL SUPPORT:
· Address and resolve complex support issues related to EmployeeCentral and other SuccessFactors modules like Recruiting, Performance & Goal Management. Act as the escalation point for 1st level support and ensure timely resolution of issues.
· Collaborate with stakeholders to understand, realize and document change requests, implement changes in the SuccessFactors environment, ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.
· Conduct thorough testing of implemented changes, including unit testing, system integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Ensure all changes meet quality standards and do not disrupt existing processes.

SYSTEM DEVELOPMENT:
· Utilize in-depth knowledge of EmployeeCentral to configure, maintain, and troubleshoot issues. Provide expert advice and guidance on optimizing EmployeeCentral functionalities.
· Proactively identify opportunities for system improvements and optimizations. Recommend and implement enhancements to increase efficiency and user satisfaction.Additionally:
A successful SAP SSFF Business Partner should have:
· Proven experience in supporting and configuring SuccessFactors, with a strong focus on EmployeeCentral.
· Proficiency in other SuccessFactors modules such as PM/GM and Recruiting.
· Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices.
· Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
· Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Relevant SuccessFactors certifications are a plus
