We are looking for a motivated and driven, sales person with a clear commercial orientation in their professional career. A dynamic individual with an international profile, bilingual in Spanish and English, (which is a must) with priority be given to those who have proficiency in other languages.
The Main Objectives for this Sales Position are:
The Sale of Real Estate
Attracting New Clients
Loyalty to the Client Portfolio
Establishing Commercial Routes
Conducting Market Studies
Reporting to the company´s Commercial Director
Requisitos mínimos
Residence in Marbella or surroundings
Minimum experience of 3 years in Real Estate - on the Costa del Sol
Knowledgeable of the real estate business in the assigned area
Knowledge and awareness of the competition
Results driven
Work with clear objectives and goals
Excellent negotiation and communication skills
