About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated IT Buyer. The Adecco Group IT is in the process of maturing how we work with vendors to ensure the successful realization of our business and IT goals. As an IT Buyer, you will be pivotal in ensuring the success of the team by ensuring that we simplify the way IT procurement, vendor management, and contract management are performed, that we execute our priorities, and that we support The Adecco Group growth journey by enabling the realization of our IT strategy. As an IT Buyer, you will be supporting the delivery of IT procurement, vendor, and/or contract management. Your overarching goal will be to ensure that your stakeholders and internal clients capture and realize increased value from sourcing IT services and products from our vendors.



What youll be doing

Efficiently execute IT sourcing deals to secure a high level of cost avoidance and P&L savings.
Define the yearly plan savings and forecast together with Finance and IT departments.
Support the growth journey by ensuring that we create value from working with vendors through focused vendor and contract management.
Assess and report a proper vendor portfolio to ensure that we understand the importance of our vendors and how we focus our efforts.
Create and maintain vendor database.
Control, tracking and monitoring activities E2E process: since the initial contact with the internal stakeholder, dealing with different internal departments (sales, legal, security IT, data protection, etc) and ensure the final contract is approved and signed into the system.
Contract management (Framework agreements, Statement of works, Contract renewals, etc)
Drive the internal and external vendor management forums and ensure that we build and manage templates for harmonising deliverables.
Report the sourcing deals and signed contracts into the internal applications.
Drive vendor management oriented to our business.
Assess and report on IT spend, cost avoidance, P&L saving and other relevant KPIs and SLAs
Drive the P2P process according to the local and global procedures. Purchase requisitions creation support and training.
Drive selected procurement transactions in close collaboration with the Global IT category managers and aligned with Local and Global strategy in order to achieve targeted cost avoidance, P&L savings and deliverables.
Adhere to Adecco Group policies, processes, and guidelines.
Drive contract management-oriented communities of practice across entire TAG IT.
Work with peers and colleagues across the organisation to mature, monitor/a, educate and adhere to group procurement policies.
Simplify how we work with vendors through consolidation, harmonisation, standardisation and digitalisation.

Requisitos mínimos
About you

· At least 2 years of experience within IT procurement, vendor management, contract management

(SAAS, Hw, Licenses, subscriptions, etc.)

· Good understanding of best practice vendor management, IT procurement, contract management and IT sourcing processes.

· Experience within transactional procurement ERP.

· Bachelors degree with focus on commercial law and/or IT or similar experience.

· Organizational skills and quality control processes.

· Ability to manage various projects/contracts and negotiations at the same time, dealing with different departments and main stakeholders: IT and Business.
