Quality & Sustainability Engineer

At ACEBSA, we are committed to ensuring the highest standards of quality and sustainability in our processes. For this reason, we are looking for a Quality & Sustainability Engineer to join our QHSE team and help us manage our quality processes, efficiency, and environmental impact.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and continuously improve the Integrated Quality and Environmental Management System.


• Ensure compliance with applicable environmental regulations and supervise their implementation.


• Oversee homologation processes according to customer requirements and quality expectations.


• Manage and monitor non-conformities related to quality and environmental systems.


• Maintain and update IMDS / RoHS / REACH records.


• Manage AQP/APQP/PPAP/SPC/CpK/PFMEA processes and apply problem-solving methodologies such as 5Why, 8D, Ishikawa.


• Ensure compliance with customer-specific requirements and coordinate necessary actions.


• Support and participate in internal and external audits in accordance with IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 standards.


• Participate in and, when necessary, lead customer audits related to new product approvals and homologations.


• Assess environmental aspects and evaluate their impact on the company.

• Engineering degree or technical qualification.


• Training in Quality (IATF 16949) and Environmental Management (ISO 14001). Knowledge of Occupational Health & Safety (PRL) and ISO 50001 is desirable.


• 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.


• English level B1-B2 (French is a plus).


• Valuable: Knowledge of automotive homologation processes and quality tools, as well as carbon footprint management.
