  • Work within an international context|Developp the aftermarket department

As Aftermarket Sales & Project Manager, your core responsibility will be managing the sales process for after-sales services and overseeing project execution. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, handling lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, you will supervise small to medium-sized projects, ensuring their smooth delivery. You will report to the regional leader and work closely with internal engineering and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.





  • Sales:

    • Identify and pursue new opportunities in aftermarket services.

    • Build strong client relationships through regular communication and visits.

    • Prepare and present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.

    • Drive lead generation via calls, emails, and client visits.

    • Finalize deals and oversee the proposal preparation, including budgets and timelines.



  • Project Management:

    • Manage the lifecycle of aftermarket projects, from planning to completion.

    • Coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met.

    • Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively.

    • Oversee sub-contractor relations and manage purchase orders.

    • Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Requisitos mínimos

  • A degree in Engineering, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.

  • 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the energy or industrial sectors.

  • Proven experience in managing sales and project delivery, ideally in power generation or related fields.

  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to work autonomously while managing cross-functional teams.

  • Fluent in English, with additional European languages being advantageous.
