- Work within an international context|Developp the aftermarket department
As Aftermarket Sales & Project Manager, your core responsibility will be managing the sales process for after-sales services and overseeing project execution. You will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, handling lead generation, and maintaining customer relationships. Additionally, you will supervise small to medium-sized projects, ensuring their smooth delivery. You will report to the regional leader and work closely with internal engineering and service teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Sales:
- Identify and pursue new opportunities in aftermarket services.
- Build strong client relationships through regular communication and visits.
- Prepare and present tailored proposals and negotiate contracts.
- Drive lead generation via calls, emails, and client visits.
- Finalize deals and oversee the proposal preparation, including budgets and timelines.
- Project Management:
- Manage the lifecycle of aftermarket projects, from planning to completion.
- Coordinate between clients and internal teams, ensuring expectations are met.
- Monitor project budgets and allocate resources effectively.
- Oversee sub-contractor relations and manage purchase orders.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless project delivery and customer satisfaction.

Requisitos mínimos
- A degree in Engineering, Sales, or a relevant field is preferred.
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role within the energy or industrial sectors.
- Proven experience in managing sales and project delivery, ideally in power generation or related fields.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English, with additional European languages being advantageous.
