? Lead Research – Identify & build high-quality lists of potential clients & decision-makers
? CRM Management – Track interactions & ensure seamless follow-ups
Ideal Profile & Requirements:
? Fluent in German & English (spoken & written)
? Experience in cold outreach, lead generation, or sales (preferably in a marketing agency)
? Confident communicator with strong persuasion skills
? Self-motivated & proactive – You love driving growth and making an impact
? Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive) is a plus
