Key Responsibilities:
Foster strong relationships with internal teams & external stakeholders
? Ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures
Contribute to process improvements and operational growth
Manage team scheduling, task assignment, and break coverage
? Guide, support, and coach your team to ensure peak performance
Conduct performance reviews and deliver constructive feedback
Promote open communication, transparency, and team engagement
Collaborate with other departments to drive operational excellence
What You Bring:
? Fluency in English (C1) – strong written and verbal communication
Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar field (live ops, customer service, digital entertainment, etc.)
? Comfortable with computers and Microsoft Office tools
Previous team leadership or supervisory experience is a strong plus
Familiarity with industry-specific procedures and operational workflows
