We’re looking for a German-speaking Senior Digital Marketing Programmatic Specialist to drive high-impact advertising strategies, optimize campaigns, and shape the future of programmatic media.

Key Responsibilities:
? Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, decision-makers, and internal teams.
? Develop and implement programmatic media strategies for display and video advertising.
? Identify and maximize investment opportunities using DSPs (demand-side platforms).
? Conduct campaign analysis and optimization to ensure client success.
? Lead training sessions on platform use, media planning, and execution.
? Stay ahead of industry trends and guide clients through the evolving digital landscape.
? Educate clients on the impact of privacy regulations and best practices for compliance.
What We’re Looking For:
? Fluent German (C1) & English (B2+).
? 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing Operations, including campaign management & optimization.
? Hands-on experience in digital programmatic buying using DSPs.
? Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, logical functions, etc.).
? Experience working with multiple DSPs, sales, and ad-serving platforms.
? Knowledge of both digital & offline media agencies and the advertising landscape.
? Strong project management & problem-solving skills.
? Proficiency in DV360 platform (required).
