Key Responsibilities:
? Monitor and regulate content on a leading social media platform.
? Review and take action on user accounts and advertisements to ensure platform safety.
? Evaluate sensitive content while maintaining objectivity and following guidelines.
? Ensure a high level of accuracy and quality in content moderation.
? Act in accordance with social media policies and standards.
What We’re Looking For:
? Native/Fluent in Italian (C2) with strong communication skills.
? Fluent in English (B2 level).
? Previous experience in content moderation is a plus!
? Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new policies and tools.
? Resilient and objective, able to handle sensitive content.
? Empathetic, detail-oriented, and motivated.
? Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
