Hotel internship in the Reception Department in a 4-star hotel in Costa Rica

•You will work 48 hours a week with one day off
•Free board and accommodation are provided by the hotel
•Internship period: minimum 2 months
•Start of internship: from now on or later


Your tasks

•Welcoming the arriving guests and helping with check-ins
•Informing the guests about the hotel services
•International correspondence with guests
•Complaint Management and answering of incoming phone calls
•Helping with reservations, invoicing and check-outs


Your profile

•A-level student, student, trainee in Tourism or Hotel Management, Foreign Languages,
Communication, International Management, Public Relations, Business
•Open-minded, self-confident, communicative, be very patient and friendly with guests
•You are in a good mood and you enjoy interacting with international guests and staff
•Spanish and English skills are required, further foreign languages are beneficial
