Leading multinational company in the tobacco sector looking for a Trade Marketing Specialist for Andorra La Vella.




* You will be the link between commercial planning (backoffice) and B2B (field) areas, leading the promotional cycle plan, based on targeted deployment of commercial activities.

* Maintain and develop comprehensive knowledge of trade channels infrastructure, competitors, trade partners and market trends, detecting current/emerging business opportunities, both short and long term, in order to define, present, deliver and review a proper action plan.

* Monitors and measures relevance and effectiveness of trade and consumer activation programs and materials, ensuring a wellestablished framework and processes. Responsible for the development of CRM tools to achieve this goal.

* Coordinates availability of Merchandising Materials, according to the promotional cycle plans.

* Budget management and project management to ensure alignment with relevant stakeholders.

* Train and educate Trade (partners and stores) to understand the category and emphasize our message about Smoke Free Future.

* Uphold corporate integrity and values, ensuring all activities comply with PMI policies and procedures, including Sales Force Operating Policies and Procedures, local laws and International Marketing Code and also, ensuring all activities such as sales incentives or trade engagement are in accordance with brand objectives.

Requisitos mínimos

- College degree, Spanish and English languages high level (Catalan/Frech is a plus).

- Extensive field experience in Trade Marketing/Channel marketing positions, preferably in consumer goods companies.

- Specific knowledge on trade, consumer, competition and promotion plan, sales fundamentals, targeted commercial resource deployment. Strong analytical and negotiation skills.

- Commercial approach, motivated to support B2B activities, with strong interpersonal skills. Able to develop several projects at the same time, managing pressure and priorities properly.

- Experience in budget management and promotion plan deployment. Experience in retail furniture projects is a plus.

- Office tools high level (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
