From Luxe Talent, International Recruitment and Training Consultancy specialised in Fashion, Luxury, Retail and FMCG, we are looking for clienteling specialist to join a fashion luxury company.



In our recruitment and training consultancy we work with different firms in the Luxury, Premium and High Premium sectors around Europe and have offices in Barcelona, Madrid, Paris, Milan and Munich.



Main Responsibilities:


  • Act as a point of reference in store and with the team to support the Store Manager in delivering all CRM and clienteling activities and needs

  • Participation in the construction of customer relations actions

  • Design and implement the global clienteling guidelines for stores digital and offline.

  • Ensure proper understanding and constant execution of all clienteling activities in the store, collecting needs and sharing best practices.

  • Ensure proper implementation and consistency of approach, supervise and promote the correct use of all clienteling tools in store

  • Support the sales team with customer experience.



Requisitos mínimos
  • Experience as clienteling specialist and CRM

  • Salesforce cloud knowledge mandatory.

  • Experience as sales person in luxury area

  • Passion for the fashion industry

  • Good level of English
