- Pages view analysis to draw customer behavior and recommendations for site optimization.
- Monitor key online marketing metrics to track success and apply CAP-Do rotation
- Key user for new future retail developments as Lite calculator, reservation area, future developments and digital requirements.
- Coordinate and control all PPC/SEM and SEO and all social nets activities
- Benckmark key information about digital automotive market KPIs.
- Supervision and analysis of corporate dealership's websites.
- Key user for Nexus platform (Customer data base and Consent). Reporting on consent achievement, proposal of improvements.
- Coordination of all CRM activities ( emailings, e-news, etc) to leads and customers
- Analysis of CRM tools such as online chat and lead platform. Reporting of performance and proposal of improvements. Follow up on implementations
- Work closely with Advertising to improve:
- Online media efficiency (SN included)
- Online creativities, development of tagged contents
- the performance of digitals tools sucha as leads tools
- Check contents and coordinate the monthly updates.
- Check translated contents for the App and coordinate the updating
