  • Support the Global Controls Advisory Management team in the maintenance & expansion of our global risk & control framework

  • Work closely and build relationships with our stakeholders to help us define and propose mitigating controls for areas within our scope, supporting management with the implementation of controls, & ultimately maintaining our Global Risk & Control Matrix

  • Develop & maintain, where relevant, process matrices listings within new areas of scope, which will allow us to build an appropriate risk & controls environment to support management in these functions

  • Support & maintain our internal management controls testing methodology, as well as the roll-out to additional areas within our scope to ensure compliance with our new corporate governance reporting standards. Perform a review of the results and provide a running commentary to management using the appropriate tools and governance in place

  • Co-ordinate with Internal & External Audit teams as needed, in liaison with the relevant Management teams

  • Support & guide management through our processes, development of policies, and maintenance of our internal reporting dashboard

  • Create, develop & maintain our Internal Control tools, templates, models & documentation

Requisitos mínimos

  • University Degree in an economic field (Accounting, Business Administration or equivalent)

  • Any other qualifications covering risks and controls would be beneficial

  • Must have an interest in Internal Controls & Risk topics

  • At least 2-3 years experience in a Finance role, with a strong understanding of internal controls

  • Excellent understanding and hands on experience in finance processes

  • Strong technical skills, inquisitive, and willing to challenge the status quo

  • Ability to create process mapping and documentation skills a plus: MS Word, MS Excel etc.

  • High level of autonomy and sense of ownership

  • Positive attitude, works well in a team and feels comfortable in a changing environment

  • The right candidate should have the capability to communicate verbally and in writing in English, as

  • well as to maintain process & reporting documentation in English. Additional languages would be seen as a great asset
