- Fulfil requirements and controls for the Biodiesel Final Destination certification, including Custom's accounting records, Biodiesel customs information and control, guarantee control book, among others, with presentation of reports to the Authorities.
- Ensure that the company plants and import/export terminals authorizations comply with the Customs Code/Requirements and respective controls are been kept/reported (controls over fiscal deposits and deposits other than customs).
- Customs requirements management and provisional costs liquidation.
- Maintain control of Transport penalties regarding weight limits on trucks.
- Prepare documentation and represent the Company in all Custom's and VAT Inspections.
- Follow up together with the relevant Department on CNMC controls and reporting requirements received.
- Control of customs authorizations granted to certain operators that facilitate customs procedures; Presentation/Implementation of any necessary authorization in order to facilitate operations with third parties.
- Management of Customs/Ports/Health Department and related authorities notifications strictly respecting deadlines and respective follow ups, preparing all the answers/writings/responses necessary up to the Economic-Administrative Court.
- Elaboration of Contracts, revision, updates, etc., for International, Domestic for Spain and Italy and any other contract analysis requested.
