Linux Systems Administrator

• Multinational industrial company.|Located in Barcelona.

Our client is a large-scale, international industrial/manufacturing company. They specialise in the production and distribution of high-quality products and are recognised for their investment in technology and commitment to innovation.

• Installation, configuration and operation of CAE-applications in heterogenous environments (Linux, Windows and cloud).


• Linux administration (such as installation, operation and patch management).


• Handling and implementation of automation tools in the linux system landscape (such as Ansible, Shell scripting etc.).


• Operation of hybrid high performance computing environments (such as cluster operation, cloud bursting, workload manager).


• Handling and knowledge of hardware in CAE environment .

• Degree in Information Technology/Industrial Engineering.


• Several years of experience in the field of CAE applications.


• Knowledge of linux application landscape and computing environments desirable.


• Good knowledge of English, German language skills are an advantage.
