In Barcelona, our Shared Services Centre regroups positions to support our operations in Europe and globally.
As part of the EMEA Order to Cash (O2C) department, you will be managing the collection teams in charge of France, South Europe, Middle East & Africa, your main responsibilities will be to:
- Optimize talent & people management (back-up management,backfilling,recruiting,retention performance management)
- Ensure ownership of the full cycle processing of O2C and coordination of end-to-end resolution of cross- O2C team dispute / inefficiency at country level
- Improve country performance including: DSO, Cash In,150D provision & quality of interaction with external stakeholders
- Maximize of balance between collections results at country level and Customer Satisfaction (internal and external)
- Improve escalation process with internal and external customers to support business processes
- Optimize usage of incentive scheme using individual, country, team, regional targets
- Optimizee team efficiency including: level of automation, system usage & quality of interaction with internal stakeholders
- Monitor your teams workload, efficiency & performance and work with your team leads in order to identify & implement corrective or preventive decisions/actions in terms of people,team organization, systemprocess
- Identify & implement collection best practices & opportunities
- Drive standardization & optimization of the billing processes / performance cross region
- Experience in a multinational environment (+40 nationalities in the SSC)

Requisitos mínimos
- Previous experience in a similar supervisory/managerial role with a team of more than 10 people
- Extensive experience in Collection
- Dynamic, organized with a methodical approach
- Excellent negotiation, communication, stakeholder management skills (spoken and written)
- Ability to deal with difficult stakeholders
- Customer focus
- Continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to work under pressure to attain company objectives
- Ability to simultaneously tackle multiple projects and challenges
- Fluent and professional English and French is a must and another language (Spanish) will be highly valued
