Partner Support Representative with German

Join a leading multinational technology BPO company as a German-speaking Partner Support Representative! In this role, you will provide SEO optimization recommendations, content audits, and digital marketing support to partners. Remuneration: Base salary + bonus

Responsibilities:

? SEO & Content Optimization

• Conduct basic SEO optimization (KW gap analysis, onsite search recommendations).


• Perform content audits and review online audit results.


• Provide quality checks and feedback to audit agencies.

? Partner Support & Training

• 
  Onboard and train partners on content best practices.


• Troubleshoot content-related issues and ensure toolkit execution.


• Monitor and track performance improvements and optimizations.

? Data Analysis & Reporting

• Prepare partner optimization reports highlighting key gaps and recommendations.


• Track KPIs and analyze digital marketing execution.


• Support partners in achieving digital business goals.

What You Bring:

Language Skills: Native/fluent German (C1) and English (B2+ level).

Experience: Minimum 1 year in online sales, digital content management, or eCommerce.

Education: Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business Administration (preferred).

Digital Marketing Knowledge: Experience with SEO, eMerchandising, and web analytics is a plus.

Skills: Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.

Tech-Savvy: Strong computing literacy (Windows, Office, etc.).
