• Responsible for end to end recruitment process for diverse level profiles, ensuring a pleasant experience to our clients and candidates.


• Accountable for high-volume full lifecycle recruiting for complex searches and functions; including proactive sourcing in order to build pipeline for future talent needs.


• Creating innovative approaches to attract talents by leveraging social media platforms and advanced sourcing tools.


• Conducting competency based interviews and assessments in Dutch and English.


• Building and maintaining a network of candidates through targeted approach and recruitment.


• Updating and managing all candidate & client activity through an Applicant Tracking System.


• Collaborate with the rest of the recruitment team to support process improvements and share best practices to meet the needs of recruiting.

• You are fluent in Dutch and English


• You have at least 2 years of experience in recruitment, resource management or candidate research


• You have excellent communication skills with an ability to manage different stakeholders and influence over the phone/video


• You have commercial acumen - You are alert to commercial opportunities and information


• You are a systems user who values accurate and timely data, whilst balancing timelines and deadline requirements


• You are a challenger and like to surpass yourself daily
