- Consistently achieve key performance indicators such as monthly revenue targets, customer acquisition, customer retention, and sales of display space and other digital products.
- Develop and maintain relationships within the assigned portfolio, ensuring equal business stature with business owners.
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to understand each customer's unique goals and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Work in partnership with the Account Managers to ensure a World Class customer experience is delivered.
- Collaborate closely with teams to ensure effective coordination, cooperation, and success across sales channels.
- Relay key company initiatives and programs to your customers and provide their feedback through the appropriate channels.

Requisitos mínimos
- Fluency in the local language German, is crucial, along with proficient written and spoken English.
- A minimum of two years' experience in selling digital products and consistently meeting sales targets.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and MS Office software is required.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills to quickly establish rapport with customers while maintaining professionalism and expertise.
- A strong customer focus and the determination to achieve results.
- An analytical and data-driven mindset to maximize opportunities.
- Sales acumen to identify and capitalize on sales opportunities, assisting customers in making purchases and addressing their future needs.
- Excellent listening skills to transform customer needs into tailored solutions.
