The company is seeking a charismatic, enthusiastic, experienced and motivated Scrum Master to help, guide and lead our cross-functional teams as they build and maintain our highly visible (worldwide) and high-quality Ticketing, Hospitality and Accommodation core systems and e-commerce channels.

• Strong communicator and a problem-solver.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (nice to have).
• Accustomed to being the point person responsible for understanding the big development picture at every moment.
• Always in tune with teams’ velocity, capacity, strengths and weaknesses.
• Accustomed to guiding high-performing multi-cultural teams.
• Accustomed to working in English.
• Must have a native language of either Spanish or English. Being fluent in both is a distinct advantage.
